Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to announce an addition to our team. Marat Gimaev and Alina Basyuk are now living in the United States and will be the new Directors of Ballroom Department at Brooklyn DanceSport Club. Marat and Alina are Blackpool Professonal Rising Star Ballroom Champions, Three times World Amateur 10 Dance Champions, 5 times Russian Amateur Standard Champions, Two times World Cup winners and Grand Finalists of All Major Championships including UK, International, Blackpool and World Championships.
We are very excited to have them and can’t wait for them to start sharing their talent, Â knowledge and expertise with all of you. They will start teaching the Open Standard Seminar on Wednesdays at 7 PM, starting this Wednesday, July 6th. They will also run regular Standard Run-Through Practices on Wednesdays at 8 30 PM and on Fridays at 7 PM. Please keep checking our website for schedule updates.
