“Video of the Week” – Eugene Katsevman doing a Mambo Demonstration for the Adult Latin Seminar

This week’s “Video of the Week” features Eugene Katsevman leading a Mambo demonstration for the Adult Latin Seminar with Anastasiya Danilova, Christian Yeung and Dasha Ryndych. Mambo is a dance that you must let loose in, and is a great exercise for body control and body movement. Eugene and Maria decided to teach the Mambo (a non-traditional choice for an International Latin Seminar) for exactly this reason: letting loose and having fun with your body movement.
