It was a treat to watch Andrei and Asta’s Performance. Such a talented young couple that is already one of the top professionals to represent us on the world stage. Very polished and charismatic dancers, with clear rhythms and an easy organic movement. We were grateful to have them perform at our 2013 Anniversary Event.

As hard as our students practice and as much time and effort that they devote to the sport of dance, their success at the 2013 USA Dance Nationals DanceSport Champions and in general would not be possible without the even harder work and dedication that our coaching staff commits to their students, our members and the studio. The level to which our coaches exert themselves is quite remarkable considering that they are up on their feet and active from morning until night. This dedication from our coaches and the atmosphere that they create in the studio is exactly why BDSC has had so much recent success! Every year at the NDCA US Amateur Nationals, 3 of the top US Professional couples are invited to compete against each other in a showcase competition. This year, BDSC’s very own, Andrei Kazlouski and Asta Sigvaldadottir, were invited to participate where they eventually went on to place 2nd in the competition. Andrei and Asta brought a high level of energy to the ballroom and had the crowd roaring at the end of each dance. Congratulations for a wonderful result and an amazing performance!

Andrei and Asta have been on an amazing streak of results ever since their amazing Blackpool Final debut in May 2012, culminating with a 4th place in the Professional Latin Nationals this past September. Marat and Alina followed their 8th place showing at the World Championships a few weeks back, with a 3rd place at the Disney Cup Professional Ballroom Championships with amazing dancing and results that put them ahead of highly ranked couples:
