The American Star Ball is an annual competition hosted by Ilya and Amanda in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the Golden Nugget. This year, we had a number of couples competing at the event and all our couples had fantastic results.

Stanislav and Annie have proven to be one of Brooklyn Dancesport Club’s most successful and consistent Professional couples, placing in the top 3 in nearly every Professional Rising-Star Latin event. This weekend was no different, when Stanislav and Annie became the Professional Rising-Star Latin Champions and placed 3rd in the Professional Latin Championships at the 2013 American Star Ball. With such consistent improvement and results, Stanislav and Annie have really put their names on the map in Professional Latin and we wish them continued success!

Guy and Freda continue to have great results together and to this point have not placed outside the top 3 in any of their competitions together. They are proving themselves as one of our most dedicated couples and we are glad to have them represent us. We at Brooklyn Dancesport Club would like to congratulate Guy and Freda and wish them continued success.

The American Star Ball is an annual ballroom dance competition held in Atlantic City NJ.  This year, it was at the Golden Nugget Hotel.  In addition to our junior, youth and professional competitors, our own Marat Gimaev and Alina Basyuk did a wonderful show.  Congratulations to all the competitors and performers of 2012 American Star Ball Championships!
