Congratulations to all the Brooklyn DanceSport Club couples who competed at the 2012 Freedom to Dance Competition in Gatwick, England!

Freedom to Dance is a non-profit organization with a goal of promoting individual freedom for dancers.  The Freedom to Dance Competition is an annual Open to the World event in Gatwick, England featuring many of the world’s top couples.  We are proud to congratulate all competitors.

for their wonderful result at the Arnold’s DanceSport Classic.

Patryk and Anna placed 1st in Junior and Grand Slam Ballroom and 3rd  in Junior and Grand Slam Latin. Patryk and Anna are preparing to defend their Junior Championship Latin, Standard, and 10-Dance National Titles at the end of this month and we wish them much luck with their preparation.

From Monday, March 26th to Wednesday, March 28th, join us for our 2nd Annual Nationals Preparation Camp with the country’s best coaches in the country’s best competitive ballroom dance studio. The camp will feature a rigorous program of events that includes 3 daily seminars, practice and private lessons throughout each day, and each day culminating with an intense run-through. The first seminar will start tentatively at 5 P.M. and the camp will run until 9:30 P.M.

*Please note that the studio will be closed from Thursday, March 29th to Saturday, March 31st due to the 2012 United States National Championships
